Speech Language Pathologists (SLP-A & SLP-CCC)

Weber Staffing Solutions provides licensed Speech-Language Pathologists who support students’ speech, language, and communication development. Our professionals hold Texas License in Speech-Language Pathology through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and provide assessments, therapy plans, and evidence-based interventions, collaborating with educators and families to ensure compliance with Texas Education Agency (TEA) standards.

Dyslexia Therapists

Weber Staffing Solutions provides certified Dyslexia Therapists who deliver targeted therapy, testing, and support in ARD meetings. Our specialists hold Dyslexia Therapist certification through TEA and work with educators and families to implement evidence-based interventions that meet TEA guidelines for dyslexia support.

Occupational Therapists

Weber Staffing Solutions provides licensed Occupational Therapists to support students’ fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation development. Our OTs hold a Texas Occupational Therapy License issued by TDLR and develop individualized therapy plans while collaborating with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure services comply with TEA regulations for school-based therapy.

Physical Therapists

Weber Staffing Solutions provides licensed Physical Therapists who support students’ mobility, coordination, and strength. Our PTs hold a Texas Physical Therapy License through TDLR and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring services meet TEA requirements for school-based therapy.

Educational Diagnosticians

Licensed Specialists in school psychology

Weber Staffing Solutions provides Licensed Specialists in School Psychology (LSSPs)—also referred to as School Psychologists—who support students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being. Our LSSPs hold a Texas LSSP license through the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (TSBEP) and conduct assessments, provide counseling, and collaborate with educators and families to meet TEA standards and state regulations for school-based psychological services.

English as a second language / emergent bilingual Interventionists

Weber Staffing Solutions provides highly qualified ESL/EB Interventionists who support English language learners’ academic and social development. Our Interventionists hold ESL certification through the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and are trained to implement effective intervention strategies, differentiate instruction, and create a nurturing learning environment. By collaborating with educators and families, they ensure all services align with TEA guidelines and state regulations while fostering linguistic growth and student success.
